Sneak Peek: SaaStr Annual 2019

The SaaStr Annual is coming to the San Jose Convention Center in San Jose, California from February 5th through the 7th. Billed as the largest non-vendor gathering in the world for the business-to-business software industry, the 2019 SaaStr Annual promises to be three times larger than last year’s convention, with more than 300 speakers, 200 exhibitors, and an expected 12,500 attendees.

SaaStr started out in 2012 as a blog where the founder shared his experiences and insights on growing a software-as-a-service company from $0 to $100 million in annual recurring revenue. Since then, SaaStr has grown and expanded into various media platforms and events with the goal of bringing SaaS founders, executives, and investors together to learn how to scale faster and with less stress.

With their strong emphasis on community-building, the 2019 SaaStr Annual is going to have networking lounges and parties, buddy matching, small-group meetings, a Pitch & Run 5K race, VC sessions, their Braindates mentoring program, and collaborative learning experiences. They also swear they’re not going to waste anyone’s time with boring panels or paid sponsored content.

Featured speakers at the 2019 SaaStr Annual include:

  • Ophelia Brown, Partner and Founder of Blossom Capital
  • Brian Halligan, CEO of HubSpot
  • Allie Janoch, CEO of Mapistry

This program gives founders and CEOs an opportunity to have a one-on-one meetings with carefully selected and vetted VCs who have attended previous SaaStr Annuals, including investors from notable Silicon Valley firms like Insight Venture Partners and Sequoia Capital.

Sponsors of the 2019 SaaStr Annual include Gainsight, Google Cloud, Zoom, Quora, Twilio, Zendesk, and many others. Tickets are still available for purchase.
